Service information for your stay

Your accommodation is available for you from 2 pm on the day you are due to arrive. When you are due to depart, we would ask that you check out by 10.30 am.

Local taxes of € 2.20 per person/day

Destination fee € 4.50 per person/day for bookings between 15. May and 31. October

We would like to point out that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and in rooms. Ash trays are available on the balcony.

– 1 dog per room is permitted.

– Please note that a daily cleaning fee of Euro 25 get charged.

– In consideration of other guests we kindly ask you to keep your four-legged friend on a leash in the hotel and in our whole garden area.

– Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant.

– There are many walking-paths around our hotel – we kindly ask you not to do the daily “business” of your dog in our green facilities around our hotel.

FREE – up to 31 days before the start of your holiday

70% of the total costs – in the event of cancellation 30 to 15 days before arrival

80% of the total costs – in the event of cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival

100% of the total costs – in the event of cancellation 7 to 0 days before arrival (no-show)

In the event of a tightening of statutory guidelines (lockdown, travel ban) cancellation is available free of charge at any time.
